Ophelia Spice appears in a modern bedroom with pale green walls, a large bed covered in a rumpled sage green quilt, and a cream-colored tufted headboard. Indoor lighting from a round white lamp on a nearby table highlights her long dark hair and the details of her outfit: a black lace bra with sheer floral cups, a black lace garter belt over matching panties, sheer black stockings, and silver strappy high-heeled sandals. She poses standing next to the bed, kneeling on the mattress looking toward the viewer, lying on her side with one arm supporting her head, sitting with legs raised and a hand resting on her thigh, kneeling without the bra, and kneeling with her back to the camera while turning to look over her shoulder with hands placed on the headboard.
